Agoraphobia? Is this another new squeeze on mental psychology
Every new sweet comes with a pinch of salt, this holds quite true as the way we are proceeding into new advancements of humankind we are becoming objects that reflect the corroborates with the advanced experiments and artificial life we are getting, things like contrived devices that intricate designs deceiving our brain and ends up enervating our creativity, originality, and feeling of existence. The new generation is already into it and giving flares of even more jeering of our responsibilities in coming future, caging inside the world of few ones that portray as revolutionaries or messiahs of giving new heights to humankind is just becoming a cause of many mental problems like another symptom called agoraphobia, a state where one feels need to stay inside or fear of going into open or people filled places.
This disorder added another feather to the existing mental problems that emerged during the new generation and it can be said flatly that this is curable but up to what extent? or will this be revived after some time, a state where one finds more secure and more solitude by caging, developing relationships with neutral things, communicating with them giving fallacious impressions to outsiders thinking that the person is being crazy or annoyingly ignoring the outside world but while this is not true and it's the outside world that seems to be crazy for the person caged inside? The next question arises whether this can be medically corroborated, yes because if you take the agoraphobic person deliberately to the situations countering like going to shop, mall, open place street, people moving or ground with full wide sky open ultimately you could see the person getting heart beats faster, hyperventilating, nausea, loss of control, increased blood pressure or even making worse as panic attacks. All this makes us believe that what we thought as caressing is becoming a yoke to our senses and straining on the statistical facts that reveal this isn't just another overly emphasized but something that needs more eyes, according to the latest data of 2021, 1.3 % of the US adults diagnosed and mostly this percentage is in the age group slightly above 18 with median age is around 20 years.
It's difficult to manage this one of kind social anxiety disorder, the preliminary step is the acceptance of suffering and seeking help, once you have accepted then start asking for help, look for specialists or therapists who can deal with cognitive disorders, and sometimes if it's more severe then rehabilitation becomes the resort for mollifying the effect. Some of the therapies are :
Interpersonal Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Dielectric Behavioural Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Struggling with the agoraphobic condition is trembling and it takes your life away from the normal existence, solace in hiding and repulsive behavior making more extraneous to the society, taking anti depressants or anti anxientants can calm for some time. You can take help from the therapeutic centres or professionals and this might help you in restoring to your normal or it's possible that this can be cured putting you back on your feet in the society welcoming the all wide openness and friends seeming strangers becoming friends again. Yes, you can live again with acceptance, commitment, seeking help, and the desire to rise.
